We were contacted by one of our sources that there was a potential gold mine in a house located in San Diego. He was very quickly getting frustrated with the seller, because he could not get thru to them and make the deal. This home was a true gold mine, its current value was placed at $630,000 by a very conservative appraisal. The source could not get the seller to move off of $335,000, the home needed a very legitimate $35-40,000 in much needed repairs and upgrade. Our founder contacted the seller, it took 3 days, of examing the deal, and many phone calls, and countless emails. We were able to secure that deal, draw up the contract, and sold this property 2 hours later for $269,000. With repairs, our investor who snatched this property up, will be "all-in" for less than 50% of the homes "true" value, in Southern California. We were told countless times this could not be achieved in that market, regardless of the fact, that it's market is not doing that well. Keep in mind our founder NEVER visited that property, this deal was negotiated and bought from KANSAS CITY!

What our mentorship will offer is personal training by the founder, not a representative.  He will give you the necessary tools to build reliable resources in the wholesale business, and the basic tools in acquiring legitimate investors to supply your property to them for purchase. There will be no information kept from you, we will teach you everything you need to develop and build a successful wholesale real estate business.

What we will "NOT" do:  We will not ask to partner in your real estate deals like so many do. Your profits are your profits, not ours. We will not advise you to take a deal just for the sake of doing a deal. We have heard that some "guru's" recommend this, this is absolutely absurd, there are so many important details involved in making that first deal, that you simply cannot do that. Market conditions, rental market conditions, and property location is so crucial on each and every deal that you have to do, it's not simply "did I get it at a good price?"
