The provision will be negotiated prior to entering into the agreement.

I can assure you I have put alot of thought in organizing this program to protect the very investors whom make it possible. I at no time handle the funds. All funds are controlled by a very reputable and well known title company within their own established escrow account. The returns that are promised are in writing and recorded with each and every transaction, thus by law, those monies have to be paid at closing of escrow.
